Our goal through Christian Education is to know Christ, make Him a bigger part of our lives and serve Him. Small Group Ministries We encourage those with a heart to serve others by using their gifts and passion to start new ministries. The goal is to gather together, celebrate fellowship, pray, discuss Biblical content and enjoy God. Examples of some possible future ministries include: - Mr/Mrs Fixit: small repairs in the home or in the yard
- Sign language: learning to sign songs/dances for worship services
- Health and Wellness; educating the congregation on what is healthy through talks, health screening, workshops, and other activities.
- Surfing: learning to surf
- Canoe Club: learning to paddle
- Snow Bird: welcoming and ministering to visitors who come here for an extended time
Where ever God is leading you, let us help. Vacation Bible School Vacation Bible School (VBS) is held at Kawaiaha'o. Children and adults of all ages are invited to attend a week-long fellowship of learning, bible study and fun activities. Notices are issued prior to the VBS and registration is accepted thereafter. Dates for the VBS are scheduled according to the Christian Education calendar. Please call Phebe Amodo at 522-1339 for further information.
